Steeped grains at 150-155F for 30 minutes, rinsed grains with 1/2 gallon of water at 170F. Resulted in 2.5 gallon boil.Lactose went in at 30 minutes, 10 minutes later noticed a second hot break. Due to lactose?Added 3 gallons of water at 43F to fermenter. Resulting wort was 88F. OG 1.059 at 88F, adjusted to 1.063.Pitched yeast approximately 4 hours later. FG 1.021 at 75F, adjusted to 1.0222.5 gallons bottled with 3/8 cup corn sugar, remainder racked directly from primary to keg. ...
