Went pretty well for not having brewed in 4 years, I failed to notice that I needed another brew kettle, so I had to store first runnings in a bucket, Also had a hose explode whenever I was cooling the wort. Tried to turn down the kettle and almost killed the boil, I need to stop that. I wound up with too much water from the grain. either learn to make more beer out of it or adjust future brews with less water., GET a digital thermometer and a way to check how much beer is in the kettle.
