Special Instructions

1.
60 minute boil. add hop additions as per above
2.
add 1 whirlock tablet and chiller with 15 min left in boil

chill wort to 70 deg F. add 2 lbs honey
4.
aerate wort and pitch rehydrated yeast.
5.
primary fermentor 2 weeks. rack to secondary for 2 weeks
6.
bottle condition for at least 2 weeks
