my aunt made grapefruit marmalade and my father was given a jar. he gave it to me because he deemed it un-edible. It had really sharp citrus flavor with a lingering bitterness. so i added the 8oz jar contents with 1 min to flame out. came out killer. She is suppose to make me some more soon!
