Special Instructions
1.Mash at 152F for 75 minutes
2.Add 1 oz Zeus as mash out is proceeding, add another 1oz Zeus as boil starts
3.For the 2oz galaxy hop addition to the primary, add to the primary in a mesh ball once the wort temperature has been chilled to 195F. Remove once temperature reaches 68F.
