Messed up slightly on this one -- my wort into fermenter was set to 6 when it should have been 6.5 so I ended up with less wort. I was aiming for 6.5 to leave .5 behind and ended up with 6.2. I anticipated the boil loss at 1.7 due to cooler weather but I think it was a tad off as well.I took a gravity reading after 11 days and it came in at 1.013.
