Brew Session: Graupel Cider

Heated 4 gallons of cider to 180F for 30 minutes and added sugar and honey. Cooled to 70F with immersion chiller.Pitched yeast starter and added Yeast nutrient and yeast energizer. Have blowoff tube attached. Poured a pint of Graupel. It's very clean, not much carbonation after 1 day, but I wanted to taste it.
