Special Instructions
1.Mash for 90 minutes at 150 degrees
2.Do not boil, chill wort to 120 degrees
3.Pitch lacto and move to gallon jugs, fill to the very top so there is no air. Cap with an air lock and keep them at 120 degrees for 48 hours
4.Move wort to kettle and boil for 15 min add the Hallertau at the begging of the 15 min
5.Chill, rack to primary pitch 1007
6.Ferment for 7 days then move to secondary and the fruit (boiled together with some water and then chilled)
