Batch Sparge at 165F for 15 minutes

Boil and follow hop schedule 60/30/0

Cool to 70F, drain to primary fermenter, aerate and pitch yeast
5.
Transfer to secondary at 1 week
6.
Dry hop for 10 days
7.
Transfer to keg and cold crash for 3 days
8.
Add CO2 to preference and enjoy when ready.
