Beautiful coffee notes from the Single Origin Ethiopian Yergz coffee ordered fresh from La Colombe Torrefaction in PA. Once the coffee tapers off the hop flavor kicks in. Not as strong as the 113 IBU would suggest but a very nice balance on flavors. Aftertaste brings a slight caramel coffee flavor back to the palette.
