Special Instructions

1.
Lost temperature to mash tun when grains were added. Mashed at 148 and then heated another 2 gallons of water to bring temperature up to 152.
2.
Ended up with enough for a 6 gallon and a 1 gallon carboy, used Wyeast 1056 in the 6 gallon and S-58 in the 1 gallon.
3.
Used blow off tubes after carboys overflowed the airlocks.
