Special Instructions

1.
Steep crystal malt and remove grains before boil begins

Add malt extract and brown sugar
3.
Bring to boil and boil for 60 minutes.
4.
Add 1 ounce Norther brew hops(60 minutes), 1 ounce(30 minutes), 1/2 ounce last 10 minutes, steep 1/2 ounce at flameout for 15 mins.
5.
Pitch yeast when room temp.
