Notes:
Only been about 2 weeks since bottling this beer, and I've already been drinking it for at least the past week! Turned out excellent in my opinion, one of my best IPAs yet. Carbonated fast and well, producing a good west coast style IPA. Bottled into 17 - 24oz bottles and 14 - 12oz bottles.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Very crisp and hop forward, yet well balanced with a full bodied malt feel. Citrusy, bright, and fresh. I feel that the dry hopped Citra and Crystal hops help to improve the overall experience. WLP001 California Ale Yeast did its job as always, tasting fruity and clean, also the seemingly higher carbonation seemed to play more into the mouthfeel and dryness compared to other IPAs I have brewed before. Will definitely be brewing this again, if not making it a staple of my on hand collection!
