Special Instructions

As a spice addition, I added the following spices for the last 10 minutes:

4 whole cinnamon sticks,

seeds from 3 cardamom husks,

4 whole cloves,
5.
1 tea spoon of nutmeg,
6.
1 oz of freshly sliced ginger.

After primary finished, I poured the beer on to 1kg of freshly diced beet root and let it ferment for 1 week.
