Special Instructions

Strike grains with 4.97 gal of water at 166 ?F
2.
Mash at 155 ?F for 60 min
3.
Mash out with 0.57 gal of water at 200 ?F
4.
Vorlauf and lauter 3.66 gal in your first runnings
5.
Add 2.84 gal of sparge water at 168 ?F
6.
Vorlauf and lauter 2.84 gal in your second runnings
7.
Bring wort to a boil and boil for 60 minutes
8.
Add 5 tsp of yeast nutrient at 15 minutes left in boil
9.
Add 1 Whirfloc tablet at 7.5 minutes left in boil
10.
After boil chill wort to 68 ?F then pitch yeast starter
11.
Ferment between 65 and 68 ?F for 1 week
12.
Then rack beer to secondary fermenter for 10 days
13.
Add the dry hops with 7 days left in secondary fermentation
