Special Instructions
1.Sanatize
2.Boil 6 Gal to 165 degrees.
3.Pour wheat and water into mash tun and stur. Cover top of tun.
4.Let it sit for 1 hour and 15 mins. At 15 mins boil another 1.5 Gals to 185 degrees.
5.Warlof until clear. Then set hose into pot.
6.Turn off tun. Sparge 185 degree water and then warlof again.
7.Repeat step six 3 times or until tun is empty of liquid.
