Firestone Walker - Pale 31 clone

Goal is to maximize yield of 9gal and maintain Pale 31 qualities while modifying out some English bullshit using 35L (9.25gal) Brewzilla.
Mods-
Remove Maris Otter (! of grain bill @ 3L) and Replace with mix of 10lb bag of Pale 2-Row 2L 66%, 1lb Munch Light 10L 6%, 1lb Caramel/Crystal 30L 6%, 1lb Carapils 2L 7%, some leftover Crystal 60L .25lb 2%, and 2lb dextrose 0L 13%.
Remove Fuggles and Replace with Citra and modify boil times to best achieve taste profile and IBU target.
