It's been a few years, I used the Brewer's Edge Mash and Boil as my brewhouse. I put 3.8 gallons of liquor in the pot and set the strike temp for 155. Once the target temp was reached I vigorously stirred the grains into the mash basket thus dropping the temp to 145. I turned the target temp to 150 and allowed the temp of the mash to creep upwards slowly. I stirred the mash at 20 minute intervals. After 30 minute I turned the target temp up to 155 and again allowed the mash to warm.I forgot ...
