Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Brew in a Bag method
2.
Heat 5 gallons of water to 145-150 degrees and mash for 60 minutes
3.
Sparge with 2-3 gallons of 170 degree water to raise the boil up to 7.5 gallons
4.
Boil for an hour adding 2 oz of Centennial at 60 minutes
5.
Add 2 oz of Chinook hops at flame out
6.
Dry hop for 4 days with 2 oz of Cascade
