I made a mistake on calculating the brewing salts. I calculated it against 11 lb of 2-row instead of 10lbs. So the initial mash pH was 5.8. I added 5.5 mL of lactic acid, which brought it down to 5.58. So I added 2.5 mL more of lactic acid. I didn't measure pH again since I was nearing the end of the mash by then.I also had some issues with the mash sticking and the pump getting clogged.
