Special Instructions

1.
8 its of Spring water plus 10lts tap water for mash at 65C for 10mins then 65C for 50 Mins
2.
Mash out at 75 for 10 mins Sparged with 14 lts tap water. Boiled. Hops added as above.

23lts on to ferment at 22C SG1.050 Fermenting well after 24hrs Temp up to 28C/30C
4.
Racked on 3rd May. Flushed barrel with CO2. SG1.012
5.
Bottled on 1st June 2024 26 days after brewing
6.
75 gms of corn sugar batch priming. SG1.012
