Special Instructions

Steep amber grain blend for 20 minutes

Take out grain bag at 100°
3.
Remove from heat, stir in LME
4.
Add boil hop
5.
Boil 60 min
6.
Cool, add 2.5 Gal warm water to fermenter
7.
Pour in wort to dilute
8.
Pitch

Day 6 testing; 83% AA 4.07% Abv Lightly sweet, hint of caramel, fruity? CurrentG: 1.006 1 week conditioning to help with clarity and fruity esters. Will test again before racking to secondary for bottling.
