Special Instructions

1.
Add 10L of water to the pot and steep crushed grains at 168F for 30mins in grain bag. Clip or tie to the side of the pot so it doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
2.
Rest bag in fermentation bucket to collect excess liquid from grain bag
3.
Bring wort to the boil and start timer for 60mins.
4.
Once it gets to 15mins, add the Czech Saaz hops to the boil in hop bag. Clip to the side so it doesn't touch the bottom of the pot.
5.
hops are added after 50min boil (Nz pacifica) 100g is added to the hop bag.
6.
Remove grain bag from bucket and add wort to the bucket using a sieve to collect any grains and helps aerate the wort.
7.
Top up bucket with water to reach 19L and check temp.
8.
Take a ABV gravity test to check the gravity is 1.048
9.
Check temp of wort and cool down wort if needed with ice water in sink.
10.
Once temp is at 18-20 degrees, pitch the yeast.
11.
Give a final stur and pop on the lid with valve.
12.
Fermentation stage is complete and wait for 2 weeks until Fermentation process is completed.
13.
Take FG reading. pinch of priming sugars to the bottles before filling.
14.
Cap and Store bottles for 2 weeks.
15.
Enjoy a beer with close friends and family
