Changed the recipe a bit for this third round. Added 0.5lbs flaked oats to grain bill for the mash. I wanted more body on this batch. Split the 0.25 oz of hops into two additions:0.125 oz Motueka at 60 minutes, and 0.125 oz Motueka at 20 minutes.Added 0.35 oz bitter orange peel and 0.35 oz coriander at 15 minutes left of boil. Preboil Gravity: 1.040Original Gravity: 1.052
