Notes:

OG with both the refractometer and hydrometer showed 1.044 Not sure where I'm losing efficiency. Sparging too fast? will Add more sugar to correct ABV and to increase Sourness.

Notes:

Added 3 cups (apx 1lb) of sugar . brought to 190F. New OG is now 1.056. We'll see....
