Brewing for the float trip. Mash temp came in at 153.1 and finished at 152.8, slightly higher than planned. Smooth brew day, the wort ended up being a beautiful light gold, smells and tastes great, gravity came in at 1.066 a little higher than planned but I just had 5.75 gallons into the fermenter. I must have boiled a bit more vigorously than normal. Took a gravity reading today and added the dry hop, the beer is likely finished at 1.010, it tastes good, hoppy and dry.
