4.@ malt temp 60F
5.Mash temp = 152F
6.Sparge water vol = 4.5 gal (18q)
7.Sparge with 180F degree water
8.Mash out temp = 170F approx
9.Total runoff before boil = 6.7 gal
10.60 min boil (NOT 90 min as in Easy Peasy Pilsner)
11.Wort straight into Corny keg after boil
12.Use aerator for 30 min then lid on to cool overnight
13.No chill - added W34/70 next day
14.Primary ferment in corny keg for 2 weeks
15.Lager for 4 weeks
16.Did not move to 2ndary fermenter. Served straight from primary fermenter.
