Special Instructions

Mash at 149 for 60 min or until converted. Approach mash temp from below.

Yeast starter if possible, ferment for 7 days at 50-56F, then at 70F until done.

Rack to carboy. Lager at 35-38F for up to 4 weeks.

Keg and carbonate to 2.0 volumes

Actual OG 1.056 due to excellent mash/sparge efficiency. Actual FG 1.012 - long slow ferment. 5.7% ABV
