4.73C mashout. 20 minute timer.
5.Nov. 11/22 Noon: Pitched into 22C wort. FC at 20C.
6.Nov. 12/22 530pm: Laser beer at 20.5C. FC down to 16C. Krausen forming, active fermentation beginning.
7.Nov. 13/22 830am: Added a 1oz Evergreen DH. Laser beer at 17C.
8.Nov. 14/22 630am: Added 2oz Evergreen DH. Laser beer at 17C, FC up to 18.5C.
9.Nov 14/22 630am: Laser beer at 19C. FC up to 21C.
10.Nov 15/22 4pm: FC up to 22C to finish.
11.Nov 26/22: Bottling day! 19.5L at 23C with 5.16oz dextrose for 2.7 volumes.
