2.Hit 65.5C, 45 minute mash.
3.Sparged with 21.36L, 6ml lactic and 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.Hit 70C, 20 minute mash.
5.Yeastex and whilfloc added at 24 minutes with hops.
6.Oct 10/22: Pitched into 28C wort, into FC set to 27.5C.
7.Oct 13/22 730am: Added 1oz each Cascade and Nelson Sauvin. Laser beer at 27.5C, raised FC up to 29C
8.Oct 14/22: Huge sulfur smell coming off of this fermentation.
9.Oct 15/22: Sulfur smell is starting to dissipate.
