30g Hallertauer Magnum T90 16pc2 AA at 45 min, 5 x 370g jars barley malt extract at 15 min, 1 x 340g jar raw honey at 15 min, 300g table sugar at 15 min, 10g Hallertauer Magnum at 15 min. 1 sachet Safale US-05 at 20degC primary for 2 weeks. Secondary 1 week dry hopped with 20g Simcoe. Prime 2 weeks with 5g table sugar per 900mL bottle
