Special Instructions

1.
Boil hops and 1/2 fermentables in 8.15 liters of water for 5 mins
2.
Add remaining 1/2 fermentables
3.
Add 8 liters of cold water to the fermenter
4.
Pressurize keg to 10 psi and purge oxygen
5.
Place in fridge and drop temperature to 22c
6.
Pitch yeast at 22c
7.
Ferment at 19c
8.
Diacetyl rise to 22c at stable FG, add dry hops, leave for 2 days
9.
Cold crash to 4c
