Tasting Notes (1)

Brewer 128321

Tasted on 9/12/2022 by Brewer 128321

Notes:

Fermentation stalled ever so slightly due to cold temp (presumably) but still a very tasty beer. Maybe 0.4% short of desired ABV though. The fruity lime taste from the late Motueka stronger than expected but still a tasty drop, arguably a positive! Will try again and update any improvements.
