Special Instructions

1.
Yeast starter with sliced apple 1 lb of corn and DME to “OG”
2.
Add 1-2 Tbs of Cinnamon, 7 sliced apples and 1 cup of vodka to a bowl and mix so all ingredients are covered in vodka
3.
Add the solution to the fermenter
4.
Use 1/8 of an ounce of a hop with apple or woody notes to dry hop at the end of fermentation (if desired)
5.
Fermentation should only be 8-10 days. Anymore and the beer dries out
