Pre-boil Brix: 9.8Ended up booking for 2 hours due to apparent low pre-boil gravity but ended up with only 1.4gallons. next time just boil for the 60 mins.Final ABV: 7.88%Transferred from fermenter to mash tun pre-filled with priming syrup, then filled with 3/8" bottling wand. Left too much headspace and ended up with acetylaldehye flavour.
