Made a starter with 001 and dregs from a homebrew with WLP550 (Belgian Ale)

Mash at 152; add 1/2 tsp gypsum and a little more than 1/2 tsp CaCl to mash water
3.
Peel and dice 2/3 of a cucumber and add it towards end of fermentation
