Mash Grains in 18L water at 63C for 60 Min

Mash out at 78C over 10 Mins
3.
Sparge with 78C water to make up 30L
4.
Boil Vigorously for 60 mins
5.
Add first hop addition at start
6.
Add Second addition at 40 mins
7.
Add third and fourth addition at 50 mins
8.
Cool to 24C and add last addition of hops
9.
Cool to 20C and pitch yeast for 14 days
