Changed to second fermenter in 24/06/2017. SG: 1,010. Apparently all sugar has been converted. Attenuative Phase is over.
Based on boiling 30.00 gallonsliters at 1.056 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.058. You wanted an OG of 1.051. It looks like it will be over.
Had a taste when bottling. Looks like it could use some more hops.
