Bottled on 6/6. Used 100g of Corn Sugar for 3 gallons - yielded 30 bottles at or around 3.0vol CO2. Tasted on 6/10 - Clean and crisp. Subtle spiciness up front, then a big kick of sweetness from the honey. This is definitely a keeper and will be brewed again. Very drinkable beer after only been carbing for a few days.
