    krausen rose so thick I had to open and stir, tasted epic, like a sticky version of riptide, need to get some whiskey casks.

    Only took 1st runnings and a litre or so of sparging which is why I came in under volume and well over for OG. But tasting it made me think best to run with it and just enjoy the ride.
