9.5 water. 5.5 strike water. sparged with 4G. Added calcium and gypsum to wort instead if strike. Resulted in 7.5G wort @12 brix. Low efficiency. Next time use 1 extra lb of 2 row and mash longer.

Notes:

Took about two weeks to Keg condition. Nice flavor after that. Not as "Juicy" as hoped. I may have added whirlpool hops in too hot. Next time I will cool to 170 and stop the chiller for 20 Min.
