very tasty now. the boozy flavor has mellowed a ton and then chocolate and roasty/coffee flavor is coming through very well. I really enjoy this brew. Closer to 4.5 stars.
still a little harsh with the boozy flavor but definitely mellowing out a bit. needs maybe 3 more weeks.
