for xmas 2016 using WY1056 brew-day start at 5:30am (cold morning) 7 gal 1.036 preboil over shot whirl pool 180* with new marsh pump. whirl pooled at 150* for 30 min 1.055 OG 5.0 gal pulled dry hops after 5-6 days and cold crashed 11.29.16 kegged and gelitain added 12.6.16
