Notes:

One of my favorite beers yet. Great flavor, and still young. hope to see additional melding of flavors throughout the next few months. Going to bottle a few when carbonation is dialed in to store. Possibly a bit thin, might try a 151 - 152 mash next time with the Chico yeast.
