15 min boil, DME clumped up, Start to finish, 2 hours. 12/19/2012 - Gravity is 1.012 - Added 2 OZ. of Cascade Trouble with CO2. Super carbonated and then ran out of gas. Still having issues with CO2, way over carbed. Took off gas and I keep burping the keg.

Notes:

Clear and clean, color is spot on. Citrus, fresh hops, not a huge hop aroma but good. A little maltier than my others, great balance, a little bitter after a whole glass. great, a bit too much carbination I would definitely brew this again. Maybe bring the IBUs down just a bit.
