Collected trub and filtered it for a total of 1.5L of mash into separate fermenter Filter was NOT sterilized, yeast - Safale 05 - was pitched directly from empty beer i.e. no starter. First activity in fermenter after 1h !!! 2016-03-06 Racked to secondary, 23L in glass carboy, 1.023 uncorrected gravity 2016-03-25 Dry Hopped 20g
