Grain mill not set properly on first run. Collected trub and filtered it for a total of 1.5L of mash into separate fermenter Filter was NOT sterilized, yeast - Safale 05 - was pitched directly from empty beer i.e. no starter. First activity in fermenter after 1h !!!
