Mash temp was 154 @ 40 min in 1/20/2014 - Fermentation temp was around 68 and seemed a bit slow. I threw on the fermentation wrapper/heater. 1/21/2014 - Woke up and temp was 71, turned down heater and added cooler ice and set to 69 Dry hopped on 2/5 or 2/6 w/ 2 ounces of amarillo simcoe

    It went well, only hiccup was I added a bit too much sparge water, i just ended up boiling longer.
