It's creamy, but thin enough that IMO should probably be a porter just based on mouth feel. I think it's delicious, but you're going to have to be a mint lover like me to enjoy as much. Super minty--Shan thought medicinal almost. Next time I'd use .5 oz dried spearmint after f/o instead of a full oz. The chocolate notes from the Ghiradelli bakers dark are superb.
