(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Yeast was pitched to Speidel Plastic Fermenter - 30L (7.9 gal) (Christmas gift). Having 4.5 gal wort in this fermentor would not show CO2 escaping through airlock for 3 days. However, krausen formed nicely around the entire vessel and the sediment was smooth.
The beer was transferred directly to a 5 gal corny keg on 1/14/14 with about 1/2 gallon head space. CO2 was supplied at 25 psi, then burped to release any oxygen. CO2 was added again and the keg was agitated for 1-2 minutes to thoroughly mix the CO2. The keg is stored in the garage at 50 deg F for 3 days.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 7.95gallonsliters at 1.052 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.059.
You wanted an OG of 1.060. It looks like it will be under.
