Racked to secondary 12/27/15. Beer was fairly cloudy, (Rye proteins?). SG was 1.015 and 2 jars of yeast were harvested.

Cloudy light gold with moderate head. Lack of beta-Glucan rest accounts for haze. Citrus and spice notes with dry finish. Moderate mouthfeel. J
